On November 30, 2015, CSS Human Resources/Academic Personnel Support (HR/APS) will launch the first phase of a new way to give you better, faster service with more visibility into your requests – using ServiceNow.
It’s a modern, tested system that already works for Berkeley; you already use it for CSS IT tickets and IS&T already uses it across campus.
