ServiceNow for CSS HR/APS
To give you better and faster service, CSS is continuing the expansion of the ServiceNow ticketing and workflow system to include built in (online) forms and workflows for many commonly requested services. New features will be released periodically through 2017 in “Bundles.” When a bundle is ready, all campus units will be able to use the feature.
You’ll have real-time, online visibility into the status of your request(s) as your CSS Human Resources/Academic Personnel Support (HR/APS) partners work on it.
When you need service from us, you’ll submit an online request/ticket. Even if you have a simple, general HR question to ask or need to report a problem, you can do that also by using a short ticket/form and get a quick response.
Based on the preferences of campus partners, CAOs, and other campus advisors to CSS, the first two (2) bundles released in 2016 included an updated HR/APS Service Catalog, Separations, and Funding Changes. The following release is planned for 2017:
