How do I get help from HR/Academic Personnel Support (HR/APS)?
You can start by first selecting the service you need from the CSS HR/APS Service Catalog, your one stop shop for submitting service requests, asking a general question/reporting a problem, and accessing the necessary forms. If you need more strategic consultation, (like from your HR Partner) you can use the “HR Advice and Consultation” option in the catalog.
What’s new in ServiceNow and how do you get help?
Service by service, CSS is making improvements to ServiceNow so that you can save time by using online “smart forms” (which eliminate the need to attach a separate PDF/Word form) and so that you can track your requests as they are worked and completed.

Access to all forms are now found within ServiceNow, right where you put in your request. Or, you can also find them here, and download them like you used to. Services whose forms have been incorporated automatically into ServiceNow will just link you to ServiceNow.
