Campus Shared Service HR/APS manages the process and provides recruiting support for contract, limited, and career staff, and certain academic personnel for the units we support.
Standard Recruitment Services support we provide includes:
- Applicant Tracking System (TAM) management to track and select candidates, job posting management, etc.
- Managing the posting of open positions on appropriate campus websites and other advertising locations
- Consulting on labor market expertise, campus hiring strategies, candidate management/screening, Affirmative Action goals, and exception processes (i.e, waivers)
- Preparing and issuing Offer Letters and/or employment contracts including compliance documentation
Administrative support for Recruitment Services has transitioned to a fee-for-service model. These would include initial applicant screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking, etc.
To begin the recruitment process for a new hire, go to our Service Catalog and submit an online service request (ticket) for the type of recruitment you need.
If your unit needs to hire 10 or more employees at one time (10 or more is a “mass hire”), please submit one service request (ticket) with all the necessary information and your CSS Human Resources Partner (HRP) will contact you directly for further details. If you need to hire less than 10 new employees at one time, please submit one request (ticket) for each of them.
