CSS metrics are used to address service issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement in a timely fashion.
Posted monthly* for each CSS functional area, CSS metrics are developed in partnership with campus stakeholders and internal subject matter experts to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Through process improvement, evolving tools, use of technology, and customer perspectives, the metrics CSS measures and reports will also evolve over time. Each report already contains cumulative information; if however, you’re looking for a report from the Metrics Archive, please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org.
