CSS metrics directly relate to our goals of improving staff satisfaction, cost efficiency, service quality and client satisfaction. We provide metrics that reflect those goals and our success in meeting them. We look for trends and indicators for further analysis to help focus on what’s most important and to drive improvements when we are not meeting our targets.
Currently, metric reports are posted quarterly for each CSS functional area. Click on an icon below to see the most recent report. The CSS Finance and Metrics Team is now analyzing these reports and based on demand/interest, may change frequency from quarterly to annually.
